SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING:

All orders are subject to the use of BobGo courier services. Unfortunately, we do not allow own courier services.

We have a standard delivery fee of R95 nationwide. Free delivery for all baskets from R900.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is completed and collected by the couriers.

Shipping can take between 3-5 business days.

Please note that once an item has been dispatched, EM&ME is no longer liable for an item.

COLLECTION:

Collections can be made at our printing studio in Wellington. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. 

All orders must be collected within 30 days. 

Collection times are strictly within the below timeslots:

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4pm
